Returns Policy
With the exception of product containing manufacturing defects (i.e. plates with printing errors or supplements with ingredient errors) or received damaged in shipment, all sales are final. In the event of damaged products, TymPlates, LLC must be notified via email, phone or facsimile within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please keep damaged product and/or a clear photograph of the product and the condition of the package until after having spoken to or received an email response from one of our representatives.
To email a claim, please submit your request at info@tymplates.com, giving as much detail as possible. Product received damaged may be either replaced with an identical product or the purchase price may be refunded at the discretion of TymPlates, LLC. All claims are dealt with on a case by case basis.
Shipping
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. All confirmed and paid orders are processsed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following business week. Shipping charges are non-refundable. An additional charge of $25.00 may be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused and/or non-deliverable, or requires address correction.
